Whats funny is if Ouma was a girl, and fought off a potential sexual assault, she would be branded a hero, and the aggressive guy would have been jailed for attempted ****.

So you meet a random guy somewhere, you have a drink with him and then you take him home or go to his home. Yeah, that's pretty gay. If this had happened at a bar or something I would have said its cool to knock that fruitcake out but if you go home with him you better give it up. There's no other reason you'd want to take another strange man you've never seen before home with you unless you're gay or bi. **** both these guys.

I don't know how long Ouma's been in this country - but in other places in this world being invited back to someone else's home is not taken as a sign of friendship, not a sexual advance.

Personally I would not go back to a man's house alone if I had only met him on the same day.

In fact I would not go to his home 'for a drink' until I understood his motivations better.

With other people around, that is a completely different scenario.

However, I am over 40 now and a bit wiser.

A young man, in a new country could easily misunderstood the situation.

There would have to be a compelling reason for Ouma to agree to go back to a strangers house, 'to watch a movie' or 'have a drink' just does not cut it.

In my experience the possibility of women and / or drugs would be enough for most young guys to accept the invitation.

The absence of women or drugs should have been a warning sign.

Hey man, I'm not the one who invites a male I just met to my house, and reject 'several advances' before finally flipping out and knocking him out. Again, straight ment don't invite male strangers to their homes and even if I did, 1 sexual advance would be enough for me to kick him out of the house immediately, not several ones before I knock him unconcious. I actually feel really sorry for the gay guy in this story.
