Don't use age as an excuse bc he's first of all a PRO and second he was already a "world champ" so age is BS!! And if want to use age then Hopkins just won another strap at age 49 all while beating a 19 years younger opponent! Point in case when your pro and in a ring age is out the window

canelo hasnt even reached prime yet, but age doesnt matter... age wont matter on the ring cuz a pre prime canelo is going to ko lara.... you are so right...

Canelo is young and talented but don't act like he came up the hard way. Even when he fights good fighters, with Mayweather being the sole exception, he's given some borderline unfair advantage before entering the ring. Guys like Lara never really get these.

The point I was making wasn't that Canelo ducked guys like Molina, Vanes et al., but that if he fought guys like that he wouldn't fight them under the same conditions that Lara did.

That's what happens when your the A side it's a reality in boxing. Pacman mayweather all get advantages when they are the A side

What's canelos advantage over lara in this fight before they get into the ring? And in my opinion the judges won't be needed in this fight

You must not watch alot of boxing...Lara has fought more real fighters and in his weight class not old or small fighters like canelo...it's no comparison 29 fights real competition ...over 40 fight he he fights 3 Floyd trout Angulo

Canelo looked like a beast from the opening bell against Angulo. I bet the same Canelo will show up against Lara and blow everyone's mind on how good he was. The Mayweather fight seemed to be a learning experience for Canelo because he seemed fired up against Angulo. Lara's trash talk won't serve him against Canelo who will probably come out with guns blazing and mess Lara up worse than Angulo did.
