          Oscar& B-Hop was really the 1st major fights to have it Oscar beat Sturm for it than B-Hop took it from him. From than on people counted as the 4th major title.

                I don't think it really is respected by long time fans. Most of the titleholders have gotten title fights based solely on promotional ties.

                  Calzaghe, klitchko, etc really raised the profile of the wbo belts
