It's crystal clear that B-Hop can't fight the Russian killer... And I think that nobody would force him into that...
... But twisting the situation into this deep shit sofistic talk is completely pointless...

Yet Stevenson jumped ship...if Kovalev is such a push over why not get that check and then bounce..oh that's right..too risky. This is why guys like you will keep acting like Kovalev ain't shhh..Don't see none of these guys lining up to fight him...they talk like they will yet not one of them when asked straight out about a fight has been straight out about actually fighting him.

I believe Hopkins realizes that with Stevenson, all he has to do is worry about 1 punch. I'm simplifying a bit; and I don't mean to disparage Adonis' other skills, but I think Kovalev is more two handed and much harder to defend against as a 50yr old.

Could be, but the reality is Hopkins can't fight Kovalev. Kovalev has a contract with HBO. Hopkins is stuck on Showtime.

Stevenson had the chance to fight Kovalev but jumped ship. Stevenson vs Kovalev was the fight everyone wanted to see. Hopkins is merely fighting the guys he has access to. He knows he can't fight Kovalev right now, plus Stevenson is the lineal champ.

B-Hop took one belt, he's seeking another against Stevenson, but yet some are saying he's ducking Kovalev? Floyd offers Manny a fight TWICE, but it's Floyd's fault for no fight? When you sign with Arum/HBO, you know what you're getting. When you sign with Haymon/SHOWTIME, you know what you're getting. Sorry for Kovalev and Andre Ward, but don't blame GBP/SHOWTIME.
It's just you. Marquez is labeled the duck horse across the street.
