Larrios might not have the power that Pacman have but he has the ring experience and can come up with a suprising fight plan to offset that. Pacman cannot take this guy lightly.

pac can't afford to be complacent in this fight. he can't go there unprepared or with ill-prepared training like what he did in the 3k-batt fight. but i think larios is no match with pacman. both mab and morales has better experience than larios and they were literally destroyed. manny likes to fight slightly taller opponents than him and larios is perfect for him.

I think Larios will fight smart against Manny knowing keenly that he can't trade punches with the Pacman. However as psychopath was saying, Manny can cut the ring for him and engage him in a war.
