            Mayweather. Not only does he have names on his resume, but he's never lost and is usually dominant.

            Oscar fought a lot of guys at the right time, but he wasn't as consistently dominant. Manny has a great resume under 147 but I believe, him being so loyal to Arum and all, the Golden Boy/Top Rank beef has hurt him the most.
