      1.Manny
      2.Oscar
      3.Floyd
      4. Shane
      5. Cotto

Manny clearly has the best resume,, Floyd and oscar are a virtual tie, both spanned the same weight classes but oscar also went up to 160, and he fought much better caliber of fighters.. I give oscar a slight edge

Shane is fourth... Outside of the oscar 2000 win and margs, his resume is kinda devoid of big names, but still better than cotto's best wins..

Cotto is clearly last, but could surpass Shane, if he can score some big wins like serg, maybe Floyd rematch

That's what Floyd does, he makes you believe a guy is dangerous because he was in a great fight the fight before with another average fighter (Berto recently)
It's all about selling the public the threat.

Exactly. Oscar's last good performance was against Shane Mosley way back in 2003, De la Hoya wasn't even half the fighter he was when Floyd fought him in 2007, not to mention he was retired for 2 years and a ******* abuser. Floyd fans are reaching big time with that one.

Pacquiao has the best resume on that list. Floyd 2nd, De La Hoya 3rd, Mosley 4th, Cotto last.

Yeah but Floyd's admirers will say its a great win but discredit Manny for beating Oscar 100x worse.
Just look at Floyd's resume since about 2005 and see what every fighter has done after facing Floyd.
Every one except maybe Canelo and Marquez(his KO win) did absolutely nothing.
            Baldomir,Judah,Oscar,Shane,Ortiz,Guerrero,Hatton, Cotto ,etc..etc...
Fight guys at the right time and get those names on the resume and claim you're the best ever? GTFO with that non sense. The best fighters ever don't dodge the best and retire or wait until every one of them is washed up before facing them.

                      Sugar Ray Robinson #1?
                      won 173 (KO 108) + lost 19 (KO 1) + drawn 6
I thought losses count in your book? So 19 losses against Floyd's 0 losses shouldn't be Robinson #1 instead of Floyd?
