It will be a great fight. I think Canelo needs to put more pressure than what he usually does to win. Trying to box with Lara might get him in deep waters unless he can rock Lara early.

I really don't think he will have that hard of time getting some good shots on to Lara. I am not dismissing Lara because he has some really good qualities. I like his one-two, lead right and follow with the left. He has more pop than either Trout or Floyd.

But it doesn't seem to me he has a great chin. That second punch, especially, that Angulo dropped him with was an "arm" punch. Angulo hit Canelo with punches that hard and he acted like they were nothing. If Canelo hits Lara with a few bombs to the body or head and he doesn't react, then it's on.
He never hit ginger that hard and the perro that fought Lara was not the same that show up for ginger, neither the mat the weight, and the ring were same, Lara is an all together diffent fighter than perro and can really punch...

He will try to do that, but when he gets hit back is when we will know if we have a fight or not, he will try to do the same $h1t he did against perro, come out fast it will not work...

no ****head that is a bunch of bull its not well documented but is well know Canelo got butthurt in that dumb mock courtroom .When they ask JMM did Canelo deserved a shot at the 154 belt befor any other rank 154lb fighters JMM said NO and Canelo got angry and challenge JMM to a fight not to shocking when the guy likes beating up on fly weights. If any hate is coming from a fighter its Canelo punkass

I think it's the best thing he can do. Lara usually gets off to fast starts, if Canelo can take away some of his confidence early it might be an easier fight than a lot of people think.

He wasn't the same Angulo because Canelo never allowed him to gain momentum by always initiating the action and standing his ground or walking him down. Canelo also went to the body frequently something Lara never did. They had different strategies and obviously Canelo fought the smarter fight. That doesn't mean he'll beat Lara , but Angulo looked like s**t against Canelo because he executed the right gameplan.

This is exactly how I pictured the fight going even before it was signed. One thing that also keeps me thinking this way is just how hungry Alvarez has remained after the loss to Mayweather. From interviews to footage to the fight with Angulo I mean the guy was back in the gym what a week or 2 after the fight. Books a fight against Lara who most believe he had been ducking. Either Canelo is mental or hes a real threat I personally believe hes a little of both lol

But I do believe that he beata Lara.

triangle theories don't work in boxing, that's why stated that it will depend in how good ginger is, not because he broke solis jaw or he looked like $h1t against floyd, none of those fights will help him against Lara.

Did you even read my post?? It had nothing to do with Canelo beating Lara bro I'm simply stating why Canelo had such an easy time with Angulo while Lara struggled so much. Go ahead read it again and see where I implied any sort of triangle theory.

In fact you made it pretty clear the other way, saying that didn't mean Canelo beats Lara
