Haha no kidding man. It's kinda surreal seeing those guys at every single GBP event. Same smiles, same mannerisms every time. It's like deja vu every time. And the "Oh thank you Al Haymon, I love you" stuff after the fight is also bizarre. It's like seeing someone make the phone call saying they're OK while a gun is pointed to their head. If they screw up the thank you, it's over.
I still can't wrap my head around the Haymon surge in signing fighters. I don't know if it's good or bad, but my gut says it isn't good. That said, I'm looking forward to the fights this weekend.
