I thought Forrest looked pretty considering the lengthy amount of time he has been away from the competition. I think 154 is a good weight for him. He certainly looked much stronger at 154 than he did as a Welterweight. Forrest carried the additional eight-and-a-half pounds well.

Winky Wright, Daniel Santos and Roman Karmazin will beat him, though. I think fights with Ouma, Quartey and Vargas would be winnable for him. A Ricardo Mayorga rematch would also be winnable as well as entertaining.

Forrest loses all those by a mile.A couple of them by KO,I wouldnt even give him a chance against Santos.

Karmazin was already said to have dominated Forrest in sparring,Forrest half-denied it,half-blamed it on his injury.
