C'mon man, everyone knows because "Pacquiao didn't agree to random drug testing, and hung up on Floyd" 5+ years ago that THAT is the reason why this fight never took place, and never will. Duh!

you don't hang up on floyd! maidana stayed on the line for 6 hours. it turns out floyd just wanted someone to talk to.

Floyd and his team are the biggest to blame. They keep putting obstacles over and over. Pac and his team aren't saints either, nor the networks/promoters.
