Which is worse: PEDs or Illegal hand wraps?

Obviously both are extremely dangerous in a hand-to-hand combat sport like boxing. But it seems that if a boxer gets caught w loaded gloves, then they become a pariah of the sport and very few people are willing to give them a second chance (and for good reason).
But how does PED usage rank in comparison? Are fighters caught using PEDs ostracized by the fans as much? If PAC, May, Bhop, Holyfield, gatti, etc...were caught in a legit, Balcoesque scandal tomorrow, would most fans give them the Margarito treatment? Or would they make allowances?

Well, PEDs generally won't give your punches more impact, or more power as a 100% rule. It could make you more durable, or have better stamina, etc. Loaded wraps are guaranteed to do some serious damage to your opponent, and are completely unethical - not to mention most cases being knowingly used by the fighter. PEDs can be put down to less fault if it's slipped in by coaches or nutritionists...in any case...both are bad, but wraps are worse.
