Shumenov is catching Hopkins' lead right on the back of his left arm and putting in a right uppercut on the belly. Cuffing left hook by Shumenov as Hopkins dives in. Counter right hand inside by Hopkins, backing out. Long left hook at the base of the neck by Hopkins, as Shumenov fishes with a 1-2, not finding Hopkins' moving head. Shumenov is sidling forward, arms down. Shumenov raises his left, palm out, catching Hopkins' jab on his mitt. LOOPING RIGHT COUNTER by Hopkins past a Shumenov jab. Shumenov hooks and gets ducked. Hopkins shrimps on the ropes and takes a clubbing right behind the head. Counter jab by Hopkins as Shumenov tries a 1-2 on the body and just grazes. Hopkins sticks his tongue out, bouncing off the ropes and slipping a straight combo from Shumenov.
