Pacman should be fighting at 140, they only took the oscar fight for Money and they were going to go back down to 140 but the money was much bigger in the welterweight division.

Forget Pac. Everyone at welterweight nowadays aren't true welterweights. Floyd is the biggest welterweight fighter and even HE is too small.
