If it's an actual fight at 130, and not a p4p h2h fight, mikey would be too big for rigo.. It would be a close fight but Mikey's size and skill level I think would be the difference maker..
It would be like Floyd going up and challenging serg or quillen at 160.. The combination of size and skill would be most likely very hard to overcome... They have weight divisions for a reason...
I think mikey could squeak by rigo, and probably not look very good in the process
