Marquez has to act like he doesn't want Part 5, so Pac won't demand random testing. Because once VADA or random blood testing is on the table, Marquez won't make the fight. He would have to lose against Alvarado and need a big payday in order to agree to random testing against Pac.

Floyd's Biggest Concern Is Fighting Manny Now, Losing, With Showtime Obligations

Floyd getting beat by Manny Pacquiao now, with a number of fight commitments still left with Showtime, jeopardizes the remaining contract commitment. If Floyd loses to Manny, with 2, 3, 4 fights still obligated to Showtime, changes the whole picture in terms of draw, no longer undefeated and Champion. Just another reason for Floyd to continue ducking Manny Pacquiao. Maybe Floyd can fight Rios, or Alvarado, or Devon Alexander, or Amir Khan, or Victor Ortiz again or Vinnie Pazienza over the next 4 or 5 fights. LOL.
