Pacquaio didn't even want to fight Bradley again. He only did so because he had no other viable opponents left. And Bradley's stock rose with two wins. When he had the choice of an immediate rematch, he declined and fought Marquez instead. But with Bradley, he clearly beat him the first time. So was Pacquaio shook when he turned down the rematch the first time? Hell no.

These guys fought 4 times already. Even Pacquaio declined Marquez several times before the 3rd fight.

Let's be honest here: Marquez was getting terrorized the last two rounds of their past fight. He was well on his way to being stopped when he caught Pacquiao. he knows he won't catch Pacquiao again because Roach will train the whole camp to take away the straight right. And, they will succeed. Good fighters and trainers usually can take away one weapon of their opponent if they train on it.

I've never seen Marquez take the punishment he did in that last fight with Pacquiao. Not even when he lost to Mayweather. There is a reason he doesn't want this fight. I don't blame him. He lost the first fight cleanly and got dropped three times (although officially a draw). The next two could have and some argued should have gone his way but didn't. He feels vindicated by a KO. Why risk getting KO'd himself in a rematch?

I don't believe he lost the fight because he took his foot off the gas. He lost that fight on the scorecards regardless. It was just a fight he wasn't supposed to win. It's like trying to say Pacquaio lost to Tim Bradley because he didn't have the killer instinct, or that he took his foot of the gas! That's nonsense. Marquez took Pacquaio to school in the third fight and it was surprising because most predicted Pac would STOP Marquez.

Marquez was on his way to being stopped, but then Pacquaio gets stopped? How much sense do you make here? Keep in mind, Marquez already dropped Pacquaio first. But I guess you feel that way because of Marquez's bloody nose.

You say you never seen Marquez take the punishment he took, well what about Pacquaio? Pacquaio literally almost died in that match. So much of what you try to argue goes both ways.

Like I said, no need to revisit the past to conclude JMM is shook. Just see what he's saying nowadays. He said he wanted to enhance his legacy by winning the WBO welterweight championship, when Bradley had it. Then when Pacquiao-Bradley 2 was set, he said there are other welterweight titles to seek if Pacquiao won.

Just look at the title of this article. He's trying to send the WBO title he wants so much to another fighter who will soon have 1/2 of the welterweight title picture! LMAO. Anybody who follows boxing knows the last welterweight title holder ain't fighting a fighter affiliated with Top Rank. Dude, if you don't see ducks flying yet...

That's the only non-duck explanation. But for now we have to take JMM's ducking words to heart.

I remember the same comments about the 4th fight.

"Who wants to see that fight again? Pacquiao cherry picking an old Marquez. Who want's to pay for that? I'm not paying for that."

                    And what we got?

                    2012 Fight of the Year
                    2012 K.O. of the Year
One of the greatest fights in boxing history.

I don't know you guys, but I'll love to see the 5th. Top 3 and 5 pound for pound fighting each other. Let's make it!

JMM feels he got ROBBED in almost all the pac fights, and finally got a KO to end it. Why would he take a chance at getting robbed again and he and everyone thats alive have the memory of Pac being viciously ko'd as the last time they mixed it up?
