Why is it such a bad thing? You can guarantee its gonna be a war and it s not going the distance. Imagine how these guys are gonna go at each other both have never wanted to best each other as bad as they want to now.

I personally want to see it. Its PPV worthy. And if Pac wins decisively then it makes the Mayweather fight that much more lucrative.

Well, if losing 3 fights get erased by 1 ko then yes I would agree but I don't look at it that way. Some think he won all 3, I think he lost all 3 fights until the ko. So to me 1 more fight can be done but idc if it happens or if it doesn't. JMM wants a ww title though. He's not beating Floyd the WBC and soon to be WBA champion. So is he going to target the Porter Paulie winner???

I'm sure Marquez banked on Bradley defeating Pacquiao, so he could try to avenge his loss to him and win a fifth title. Since Pacquiao won, if Marquez wants to make history as the first Mexican fighter to win a belt in five weight divisions, he'll have to face his old nemesis again. Even though he KO'd Pacquiao in their last fight, Manny won't let himself get drawn into a counter punch like that again. Add to that the fact that more stringent drug testing is taking place, it could be another tough night with Marquez losing the decision. But wait, who says Marquez will beat Alvarado??

If manny fights JMM or tim again or ALvarado, before he fights floyd, I would expect his fans to severely criticize him.

I know Nacho doesn't want it to happen but Arum offers Marquez a solid guarantee this fight can happen.

Pacquiao wont get caught again?? Dude he just got caught like a sitting duck again against Bradley after a missed right jab, Bradley landed a hugeright. And another one in the 4th that wobbled him into the air. After he adjusted
But with Marquez landed those 2 shots, thats all Marquez would need.

If they do fight, expect it to be like the 3rd fight, where Pac will try to just outbox Marquez and even more hesitant and not look good doing it lol.
Pac only looks good against Marquez when he goes all out, but it also leads to his trouble

Maybe, but he's riding high on the Paquiao KO, which gives him more confidence to face him again. Besides, the bigger payday clearly exists in Pacquiao vs Marquez V. But again, he's going to have to get past Alvarado first. Taller boxers give Marquez trouble.

To be clear, I'd rather PAC face Floyd in Nov/Dec 2014 rather than JMM. PAC is slowly getting old in the ring.. His reflexes and speed aren't getting any better every fight.

For that reason, I rather have the Floyd fight NOW and forget JMM. But if that can't happen, then I"d settle for JMM.

It would sell, a number of storylines relating to legacy. Redemption. Revenge. JMM going for 5th title. ..etc.
