the only way this fight ever happens is if we stop buying their PPV's and force them into the fight

when will you guys realize this?

this is the ONLY way they will fight each other

Yup, I've been saying the same thing except just boycott Floyd's ppvs. I think nobody should even show up at his weigh in.

There were some bad fights done by Arum as well. Pacquaio versus Sugar Shane was terrible on paper and on fight night. This is a double whammy. Manny did what he had to do but when Shane decided not to show up, people correctly blamed Shane for not wanting to fight. HOWEVER when Floyd fights Canelo and makes him look like a sparring partner, they blamed Floyd. Why didn't Canelo train to cut off the ring and hit the body. Everyone knows that he is going to shoot the right hand lead and turn, especially against a 172 pounder. The blame-game cannot be one-sided. If Shane did not show up, then Canelo did not either. Simple. To the make the fight work, you have to have pay per view so that each fighter can get the 40-60 million guarantee. TR and GB just have to work together and make money. Business should never be personal.

"health comes first.." is chicken floyd's undying mantra...

why should arum pursuing that fight..? manny should fight one more and retire a legend...

manny's legacy is more than that of the chicken's...

Arum gave us Pacquiao vs. Rios, then he recently killed Rios vs. Provodnikov, and he somehow has failed to get us Gamboa vs. Rios, and now Gamboa vs. Garcia. He blatantly says nobody cares about undercards, but yet he says people pay for Floyd's events because of his undercards. Arum and TR sucks! Nothin' but HATE!

It's really not personal. This is just a smoke screen thrown out by Arum. We all know that Manny has been marketed as the guy who can beat Floyd. And we also know that as soon as he loses to Floyd his stock drops dramatically. Arum is strategically saying things to keep the allure of the fight but at the same time never wanting to make the fight for fear of losing his cash cow. Roach has even said that Arum wants the Mayweather fight to be Pac's last fight. So until he's ready to cash Manny out the fight will not happen.

I'm boycotting the Floyd fight, just because I don't feel like staying in my house on a sat till 1 AM for a 15-1 underdog, I could care less what arum says.

And quite frankly, I'm just tired of Showtime and golden boy, Showtime gives GBP and haymon everything they ask for, every fight date, every $...

All for what? For Floyd vs Maidana? That's the leverage haymon hAs over everyone?

                That's a joke.

If Floyd was previously knocked out cold like Manny, for sure it would add to the intrigue, but he didn't.

So, back to square one... $70 for this double slap-in-the-face package? If you want to support that overpriced ppv crap to get more of the same quality, for what you should be getting with a sho subscription, go ahead. The main event has to at least not stink in the slightest to fork over that kind of money.
people still pay for ppv fights?i just can't afford it anymore, they've gotten enough of my money.but i don't miss any fights, and i don't feel any guilt.....i used to watch ali on tv...on tv!!!!!!!....these ppv fights are a rip...all of them are friday night quality.
