Arum's boycott plea has nothing to do with Pac/Floyd and everything to do with him getting back at GBP and the MGM for piggybacking off of the Pac/Bradley fight and advertising Corona and the Floyd/Maidana fight during the Pac/Bradley fight week.

LOL at Shaefer talking goodwill, when his boy Floyd has done nothing but try to smear Pac for the last 5 years. PEDS, still asleep, Pac pelllets, begging dog, tax problems.
It might not be the best move, but Arum is right. The only way Floyd is going to get in the ring with Manny is if this Maidana fight does terrible numbers. Money is the only thing Floyd cares about. No that's wreong because he would make his biggest payday against Manny, but health comes first, and Manny will hit him in the face a few times, and somehow maybe give Floyd a limp.

No troll here. Def not a Floyd fan, and was kinda just having a little fun with this thread. I just found it hilarious that Shaefer was talking goodwill.
I said i don't think it was best move by Bob, but they started asking for the Floyd fight again after Rios. That's when Floyd started pushing the no working with Arum excuse and sending out tweets calling Manny leftovers, a desperate dog, begging for help with tax problems, saying Manny was still asleep, despite most boxing fans still wanting the fight.
I say most because while I consider Floydiots boxing fans, they are the biggest base against Manny and Floyd fighting. I think it's mostly because everything their hero says shows how much he doesn't want the fight, so the only way to support their boy is to say they don't want the fight.

Have to agree with Schaefer. Arum was always the key figure preventing Mayweather vs. Pacquiao from happening. At least, in the beginning.. He continues that work today.

Never understood why in recent times Floyd decided to step in and try and match Bob in terms of running interference. It's no secret why these two are the most hated men in boxing.
