We give Manny the same shot we give Maidana. That's the difference. We do not live in a fantasy world where you think the fight is a fight Manny can win. He's got a 10% shot at winning, just like Maidana does, just like Canelo etc. We do not believe Manny is or ever was his stiffest competition.

Why does everyone keep asking PAC to leave arum similar to cotto? Has cotto ever made more money than PAC?

Floyd trying to treat PAC like any other fighter in negotiations is a joke.

What was PAC supposed to do with the 40 mil offer from Floyd if he was under contract with Arum?

Floyd is in the promotion business and he knows his offer to pac's side was not acceptable.

Manny Pacquiao did not start his boxing career under Top Rank, did not become a star under Top Rank, and does not need to end his career under Top Rank. Manny Pacquaio only needs his name at this point in the sport of boxing, to sell his fights.

You guys are gullible if in 2014 y'all are thinking with FMJ only fighting at showtime that the biggest chance of making the fight is for manny-i-fight-for-free to stay with TR and HBO.

anyone with half a brain and all the precedents in front of him knows that chances of a Manny vs FMJ will realistically increase when manny takes some time post his current contract to listen what both sides have to offer him. It really seems a debate with pacman fanboys cant be on good strong rational arguments.
Staying with BOB hasnt worked, building venues hasnt helped, offering free fights hasnt worked. why not try something that has helped multiple times, multiple fighters. sign a contract with the right people/camps?!
                Three words: You're an idiot.

That's my point... Giving in to another Floyd request does not guarantee Floyd signing a contract.

You'd think people would catch on to the fact that Floyd is just setting up barriers to keep Manny from fighting him. If he leaves Arum, it will be something else.

When was that? 4-5 years too late ... Cotto by then in plenty of wars ..... everyone said it's not the same no more ..... so yeah, by next year, Manny vs Floyd is right on track for being like Cotto vs Floyd ...... TOO LATE!
