May ....MGM .... you knew this last May it'd be this date...Arum having a fight their so close to a date you KNEW he was going to have? This is on Arum not Floyd. He tried to cut them short but Floyd is loyal to MGM...and cross promotion will happen that close. Wait til after Floyd and you can have the reverse I think they had a plan and it backfired.

Finally some sense in this thread. Arum does this **** all the time; just like when he booked the Thomas and Mack center for Martinez-Chavez the same day Canelo was fighting at the MGM, yet he has the nerve to complain that GBP did a small promo the same day as Top Ranks card? **** out of here.

It's Arums game. Bad for business? Petty and spiteful? Doesn't care. He always plays ******, when he knows exactly why Floyds fight had more signage up and was getting more attention from the MGM. Floyd's been fighting exclusively at the MGM for years and is the bigger attraction, of course MGM is going to give priority to the Mayweather card.

Lol...what are you talking about? Get this through your head. If Floyd makes more than his guarantee, it's because there is left over money after ALL bills are paid. Translation: Everybody makes money.

And for the people who think GBP takes a lost...how is that even possible? They are paid a set fee. The promotional expenses are Floyd's responsibility. Plus they get a percentage of the profit from the in house fighter that's facing Floyd.

No sweetheart, what he was saying was that a lot of the line items that you are saying CBS is paying for, Floyd is actually paying for out of his 33 million guarantee. I hope you understand now.
