  • Bradley is not strong minded!

He's always allowing people to dictate the pace and how the fight goes, he did it with Marquez, Ruslan and with Pacquiao last saturday.

Ray Leonard also did it against Duran but he learned his lesson the 2nd fight and fought his fight.

Mayweather never allows someone to dictate the fight, nor does Rigondeaux or Andre Ward. Nor does Pacquiao, Marquez or any of the other greats.

Point is, he's a follower just like Adrien Broner.

Here's a guy who started watching Bradley June 2012 and bases his entire career and fight style off of it.

Why does Pac look like he's overly cautious in Saturday's fight?
He must always fight like that

He is strong minded he's just not a very smart fighter.

Yes he tries to match his opponent shot for shot, which is not smart. Ward does that too at times but he knows how to neutralize his opponent's offense before it even starts, so it's not a big problem for him. Manny knows when to push the pace and when to pick his shots.

Have you actually watched any of his fights or are you just spewing nonsense?

I think he's very strong minded: see the Provodnikov fight, he fought with a bad ankle in the 1st Pac fight & fought with a calf injury throughout the 2nd Pac fight. I don't think he's too smart when you ditch your boxing to swing for the fences.

If by weak mind you mean 'weak willed' or 'quitter', Victor Ortiz is the guy that comes to mind.

He would've quit in the 1st round against Provodnikov if he weren't strong willed.

Bradley's best attribute is actually his heart and strong will to win, that is far from being weak minded.

Everyone has holes in their game; for Bradley, it his bravado...
He gets hurt or thinks he is losing the exchanges, his ego kicks in and instinctively brawls.

Yeah, really disappointed in what I saw but I'm very confident that he'll bounce back and come back stronger. I don't want to see him against Pacquiao again, that whole saga that occurred after the first fight is something he seems to be too emotionally attached to and while I'd favor him again, it'd be another gamble as his mind may not be up to the task. Bradley has performed well on many occasions, he knows how to apply himself, what he did against Provodnikov/ Pacquiao II isn't gonna overshadow what I saw against Holt, Peterson, Alexander, Abregu and Marquez.

Great point. I'd still want to see a third fight, however. I think this loss will do more for his psyche because the pac fans won't attack him in droves like they did the first time. He can at least go to sleep knowing that he gave it his all and any real boxing fan will respect him for that.
