anyone who has to fix fights is not legit. oscar didn't start fixing fights until he was at the end of his career. canelo is like 23 and is already doing it.

Canelo's a product. He's like a damn pop star. Claim to fame is what -- a Mosley with a foot already in the grave -- and then Austin Trout? Who he went life & death with? The same Trout that damn near got shut the f**k out against Lara? Floyd? Floyd made him look every bit as bad as Guerrero.

I'm not saying that there ain't skill there, because there is, but Canelo (outside of Floyd) has been arguably the most carefully matched and protected fighter in the sport.

If he beats the **** out of Lara then that will go a ways in shedding his protected image, but as of right now...meh.
