"You got Mayweather, an African American that don't give a damn that's a faster fighter than Pacquiao is. I think he would have beat the daylights out of Pacquiao, but I knew what I was doing by avoiding those types of fights for Pacquiao".- Murad Mohammed (Pacquiao's promoter B4 ARum)

Seriously though, I think a potential Floyd/Pac fight depends on if Manny gets cut in his previous fight. We all know how long it takes his cuts to heal.
Seems you forgot Arum played a major part in building DLH and KFC.

"I say this to you today and I really believe it and its true, that since Ali, there hasn’t been a better fighter, better boxer than Floyd Mayweather. This young man has the teqhnique and the ability which puts him in my book ahead of such greats as Sugar Ray Leonard, Roberto Duran, Marvin Hagler and all the other great fighters that I’ve seen in my career. And there is NOBODY that combines all the skills of Floyd mayweather." -BOB ARUM

Floyd is the best boxer and PPV draw on the planet, and has been for some time. No amount of whining can change that. Pac's amount of "wars" may be something to brag about to you, but it just means he's too ****** to actually improve his boxing skill. Oh, wait a minute. I forgot about "Manilla Ice". And lol @ the irony of a Pacfan calling another fighter a cherry-picker. When was the last time Manny fought a natural welter, who has legitimate power? Cotto @145, in 2009?

Boxing is about fighting, paper victories don't count for nothing.

Cherry picking and ducking vastly downgrades Floyd legacy.

Any can look good against carefully picked sub par opponents.

Remember when Floyd said, "Pacquiao, you're next!" Well, unfortunately Floyd forgot within 24 hours.

If you watched the fight, you would know that Chop Chop was definitely a challenging fight for him at that time. He got rocked in that fight. And Chop Chop in his prime was not to be taken lightly. Ask an undefeated Cotto about Chop Chop, I believe he might've been the first one to really hurt Cotto early on in a fight. Cotto was holding on for dear life that round.
