so after years of partly blaming arum, to take the heat off of pacquiao, he is an innocent bystander who just happens to keep re-upping his contract afterall, bob is no longer an issue... for some reason. at the drop of a hat, this fight can happen anytime floyd wishes it to. if only he is willing to work with arum once again.
