Pacquiao came out first to Bradley last night and everyone knows that Pac is the one selling all the tickets. When both Mayweather and Pacquiao are the challengers, they respect their role as the challenger and enter 1st. The only two who don't are really Cotto and Hopkins who will ask to do a coin flip which is more lenient than Cotto.
