Something about Vargas that makes me think he isn't that good.

Probably because he isn't that good...

I scored it 115-113 for Khabib.

But I knew he wouldn't get the decision in Vargas' home town.

I had a draw or 7-5 Vargas. Could have gone eitherway though.

I don't get why Top Rank didn't make this the co-main event over Beltran fight. They even paid significantly more for this fight than the rest. The fight deserved a better audience than the small early crowd it got.

                I'm flabbergasted there's a thread about Dwyer's opinion.

I thought Khabib pulled it out in a close fight (I scored it 7-5 for him), but as others have said, 115-113 for Vargas isn't a travesty by any means. That said, I'm getting sick of seeing Vargas's mediocre a$$ pull out close fights. Even when he does win more clearly, he's just so unimpressive -- fights against Favela, Forbes, Tyner, and Nahr come to mind. Basically every win since Vivian Harris **** the bed against him.

It could have gone either way, and the wide scorecard is ridiculous.
