Bradleys Strategy Was Actually Genius, Just Poorly Executed

OK, he know Tim is feather fisted as hell but his body makes it look like he should be slugging guys. So what he did was use his physique and load up on hooks because that put all his weight into the punches and with him looking like a body builder, it puts on the image that those punches are like sledgehammers. If he would've done this for half the round each round, he definitely had a chance to win.

I was watching with some casuals and they're like "damn, look at how pacquiao is backing up from those punches, and damn he punching twice as hard as pacquiao is"

The only thing is that he loaded up TOO MUCH which made him get tired, was swinging too wide, and didn't stick to his defense.

The aim was to look like Tyson in there and make it seem as if his power punches were more meaningful than Pacs and for a few rounds he definitely succeeded. The gameplay was genius just poorly executed

Bradley's strategy was moronic. He was having success early getting inside and throwing to the body, and catching Manny when he jumped away. He should have kept switching between that and what he did in the 11th, rather than dance around like an idiot throwing haymakers. I don't know why he did that, but it was a terrible idea. He doesn't punch straight or hard enough to pull that off.

His gameplan was great UNTIL he NEGLECTED it for haymakers

What drop your hands and aimlessly move your head against a guy who throws fast combinations?

It doesn't matter what Bradley did he is not good enough to beat Pacquaio even the dimished version.

Not smart enough, not skilled enough.

Yeah. Great until he NEGLECTED it for haymakers. He's an idiot

Throwing wild haymakers like some drunk UFC fan is not an ideal strategy, especially against a guy as good as Pacquiao. I'm actually surprised that Manny didn't capitalize and hurt him with a huge counter.

Bradley fought with a horrible gameplan, what was Joel Diaz thinking? He should have fought a very disciplined fight like he did against Marquez, not saying he would've won but he would have had a better shot.

To me it didn't look like he had a game plan, looked like he was in survival mode majority of the fight.

He was arm weary by the 7th.

his best bet would have been to put his head in Pacs chest and rip body shots with the occasional forray upstairs... or to box using his jab and try to walk pac onto a shot.

not load up for 18 mins then spend the rest of the fight dispirited and arm weary.
