I think Golovkin is a terrific fighter. But he has to achieve a marquee win to be placed in my top 10 p4p, he's beat his opposition emphatically, but he hasn't fought at the top level yet. He needs to make his bones against a world class opponent and scalp a big win.

If he beats JCC Jr then he's a shout for top 10 pound for pound, especially if he KO's him.
