honestly no where in the rules does it say a boxer has "12 seconds as per the atomic clock of the united nations synchronized to the NASA atomic clock" to get up. It just says 10 count. That 10 count can be at the discretion of the ref so stop using your stop watches like a bunch of ***.gots it has nothing to do with REAL atomic clock synchronized seconds SMH
