Sure. Just like Khan hardly landed on Maidana when he was clearly bouncing 5 punch combos off his head on the regs.

Stop watching fights with cum tinted spectacles.

That was he first or second fight at 147 and it showed. On top of that he didn't have the trainer he has now. You cannot say he has not improved since being with his new trainer. I think he would whip Alexander if they fought again.

I don't remember giving Maidana a single round, he got manhandled, controled in the clinch, pretty much everything Maidana did was neutralized. Alexander also stunned and hurt him a few times as well, even outdirtied him. Say what you may about Alexander but he wasn't playing that night

After rd 3, Khan got sloppy and was landing on gloves and air. It got worse as the fight progressed. I stand by that, but don't misqoute me.

Alexander is Maidana's daddy plain and simple. He had Maidana out on his feet in parts of that fight, and I hate Alexander and his inability to throw anything but arm punches . Maidana ain't **** and beating Broner didn't change that

I should have known trying to discuss a fight no one has watched in 2 years wouldn't go well, especially with Mayeather and Khan fans.

Things I noticed, Alexander like usual was pulling punches, albeit not as much as in some fights, but the crowd would go crazy every time he threw for some reason. He wasn't landing, especially clean as HBO's crew was suggesting.

Kellerman was for whatever reason bias towards Alexander, of course Roy was. Was really odd. Not sure why they were pushing for Alexander.

I think rd 2 was easily Maidana, and you could give Maidana 3-4 also in close rds. There were a few there rds that Maidana could have been given, but Alexander won that fight because of the clinching.

Overall, it wasn't the bad outing that people make it out to be. First fight at 147, against a top ten fighter, who is bigger. Maidana wasn't training hard or all that interested in boxing at this point in his career.
It's really gotten outta hand with him. He literally goes for and roots for the black fighter in every single fight. It's really un professional of him too. HBO Needs to talk to him.
