Yeah because Murat, Cloud and Shunenov are so much better!

Floyd just fought Canelo who's at least as good as Stevenson in his last fight but that was so 6 months ago.

        lol wut?

seriously, what great fighter has floyd really beat the last 5 years? Answer the question honestly. I mean it has to be marquez who was barely getting his feet wet at 135 when floyd made him go up two divisions and cheated him on the scales to boot.

Even natas answer of oscar de la hoya is telling. Really? oscar is the last threat that floyd faced? the oscar who was semi retired and fighting once a year and only became a credible opponent for floyd because what he beat ricardo freaking mayorga? did you not see oscar in the forbes fight?

Who else has floyd faced that you would honestly say was a great fighter?

shane mosley? the guy who was 1 year and half inactive going on 40 but almost knocked floyd out?

victor ortiz? robert freaking guerraro? seriously?

a cotto that went through the ringer vs margarito and pacquiao but was suddenly prime according to floyd fans because he fought at 154?

tell me, what win can floyd and floyd fans really be proud of?

Canelo Alvarez? catch weight canelo alvarez? a guy whose best win is austin trout?

        come on, be honest.

What great fighter has floyd faced these last 5 years? hell what great fighter has floyd beaten IN HIS ENTIRE CAREER?

HE HAS NOT FACED A SINGLE HALL OF FAME FIGHTER WHO WAS IN THEIR PRIME!!!!!!

If floyd is 3-1 and tim (example) is 3-1 favorites-aren't they fighting equally difficult fights, regardless of opponent style.
it really doesnt make any sense. i think a lot of it is he doesnt fight who ppl want him to fight. but since dlh floyd has fought 3 legit p4p fighters: mosely, jmm, and hatton. jmm may be one thing, but lets be honest, even at 147, jmm is better than most fighters out there. now to say hatton and shane werent risks when he fought them is just plain nonsense. if u cant pick fighters off the p4p list, guys who are champions, then who the hell can u fight? nevermind the fact he went up a weight class to fight two of the best guys there. how many 147lbers u see doing that? who at 147 rite now would u favor over canelo??

So I suppose Hopkins takes the toughest fight out every time then by that standard?

            Tavoris Cloud? Karo Murat? Shumenov?

You are out of touch if you disagree. Sorry man, since Oscar I see no real risk other than maybe Shane since he was coming off big Margarito win. Hatton, Victor Ortiz, Guerrero, Cotto and Canelo aren't exactly what I would consider risk taking fights.

I don't like Floyd's antics but he has sell it well alongside his ability to make the amount of money that he is making.

The more exposure the more fans you get (pro or anti).

Then what do you consider risk taking fights?

If all of those guys aren't risks then not many fighters take risks.
