You missed the Gatti & Canelo fight, huh? Not to mention, Floyd has fought a lot harder punchers than Maidana and stood right in front of them.

Who has Floyd ever faced that punches as hard with one single shot like Maidana does?

Cotto's power never carried over 140.
Canelo has had trouble in the past stopping JWW's, and hit Angulo with everything he had and couldn't even stun him.
Mosley is the only guy that can be comparable, and IMO it's not the same kind of power.

None to my knowledge but he's taken numerous knees because of em, and Mayweather usually brings more of a game plan than people like Amir Khan who tend to be reckless and just come out swinging.

If someone like Amir Khan can manage to make Maidana take a knee off wild shots, just imagine what someone who will come in with calculated attacks could do if they went for it.

Honestly, I don't understand why everyone is talking so much about Maidana's power, it's overrated. Since when is he this 1 punch KO puncher? How many elite fighters has he KO'd or for that matter, even come close to KOing? Hell, he couldn't even KO Khan or a blown up Morales. Canelo, ODH, Cotto, Mosley all hit harder than Chino, not to mention, pound for pound, Corrales and possibly Ortiz.

We will just have to agree to disagree. There is NO WAY I believe that Maidana punches harder than Mosley, Corrales(pound for pound), Cotto or Oscar at 154...hell even Canelo. If he is such a devastating puncher, why couldn't he KO Khan, when he had him hurt? Khan is one "elite" fighter you can go by.
