I hope you guys say the same about Stevenson jumping to Showtime for more $ and ducking Kovalev, and it will be interesting if you guys ever post a comment complaining about boxing becoming a business and not a sport.

Adonis Stevenson isnt a duck too then right? cuz going to Showtime was financially a better deal than risking it with Kovalev.
Evidently Khan was promised a fight, but screwed himself over with a year sitting and Maidana doing something good.

Stevenson went to bidding on a single fight. So, it's only logical that he would put the bigger prize up for bid, a multi-deal with Showtime or HBO after his Fonfara fight.

That's an even better business deal because he'll get paid more with two networks fighting against each other this time and a multi-fight deal

No problem with that, he put his services up for bid, HBO didn't want it because they have no interest in just that fight.

If Stevenson is really about the money, he would put himself up for bid again with HBO actually bidding against Showtime this time. Get a multi-fight deal and set himself up for the future
