Khabib/Vargas...yea, not expecting much there. I'm expecting Vargas to lose.... I don't really see much nowadays.
They can certainly be good fights, and if one turns out Arum would probably think he did alright plus he does need to build up Khabib or Vargas because those are like his second tier guys in the 140-147 mix. Hell Ray Beltran will probably end up fighting the winner of the Khabib-Vargas fight.

So I guess I can see the plan or at least a plan but still it just looks so skimpy, I hope they are good fights though but I know I won't be in any rush to get to the party.

There's a plan for all these guys.

Khabib/Vargas- If Khabib wins, probably Provo. If Vargas wins, he'll start building him and see how far he can go

Beltran/Usmanee will most likely fight Cawford in Omaha. Perfect style for Crawford's homecoming.

Vasquez/Felix- Vasquez wins, Garcia fight. Felix wins, he gets built up

Simple. Bob Arum is lying. Any time Bob Arum opens his mouth, he is lying. Pac's guarantee is $6 million. He has the potential to make up to $20 million if the fight sells well on PPV. Arum always throws his potential out there and claims it is his guarantee. With the PPV sales, Pac will make no more than $12 million for this fight.

Arum claimed Pacquaio was guaranteed $18 million to fight Rios and could make up to $30 million. That fight only sold 400,000 PPVs. If this fight is expected to sell 1 million PPVs (more than double the Rios fight) , why is Pac's alleged guarantee only $20 million? The answer is simple. Arum lied about Pac's guarantee for the Rios fight just as he is lying now.

Remember when a snapshot was taken of manny pacquaios purses and it stated that he was set to only make 6 mill vs bradley and all of his other purses shown underneath it seemed relatively low? Was that official or just some ***** someone made up?

A significant portion of the money for the Rios fight came from the Macau site fee paid by the casino (the whole reason for fighting there). The money made from the extra PPV buys this time will make up for the lack of Macau site fee. It evens out.

Vargas made $150k while he was signed to Mayweather years ago. Now, he is even making less with TR. Sucks!
