Khan's flaws are Khan's fault. I doubt Roach advised Khan to stay in the pocket too long with his chin in the air.

Khan had the best part of his career with Roach and i personally don't think that he will get to that level.again.

Also Ariza helped stabilize khan massively, putting more weight in his legs and giving him a stronger base.

Hunter has him fighting the right gameplan, Khan has to flurry and move or he'll get caught and dropped. If it doesn't work, it doesn't work but there's no choice for him at this stage. He can't fight like he fought under Roach, he was getting tagged way too much.

He picked the right fights and gave him gameplans to win. I don't think Roach would have allowed a Collazo fight and think it is highly likely he is making these comments against Hunter now because he knows Khan has bitten off more than he can chew.
When Khan was under Roach he always fought short little guys which suited his style but now he will be fighting guys his own size I just don't see things working out so well. The reason we won't see Khan at the same sort of level again is because he won't be fighting the same level of opposition.

I don't think Roach picks any fighters opponents, promoters have matchmakers who do that. Roach just talks a lot.

Anyway, putting him in with Maidana and Garcia would not have been smartest moves.
