He was his trainer for this camp, deal with it man.
Bautista is a family friend and also trains at sfc. I'm from sf and my family has been involved in the boxing community for over 30 years. Hunter is also a family friend.

Bautista trains Karim. Virgil helped as moral support for the big fight. Bautista used all the resources he could. It's a tight knit, small boxing community here in the bay.

Like most PAC Fans--you muddle your facts with fiction in order to paint a narrative that suits your fanboydom.

Hunter is a solid coach, Roach is a legend. But, let's not dress stuff up In order to make a point and further exalt your hero and his team.

The statement that Karim fired ("left") Hunter is just not true.

I disagree, ward already have the fundamentals and Virgil just tone it and polished them. Ward is a natural boxer without the power to knock each fighters he faced, but with his natural talent he keep on winning. Virgil didn't make him, Ward made Virgil.

Don't let your PAC/Roach brain block twist the facts.
If Virgil only help out as a cornerman, why is he giving him instructions during Mayfields fight and not the head trainer that he was helping? You lost me there buddy.

Roach is still sore over Khan leaving him. He is an amazing coach, but with Khan's vulnerabilities he needed a defensive minded guy. I preferred Naazim or Pedro Diaz, but we shall see on May 3rd.

Was Pacquaio ahead on the score card before he got knocked out? It can happen to anyone that like to engage and go for a kill. Manny was never a cautious fighter up until Rios, can you blame him?
