Carl Frampton beat Hugo Cazares in the second round of their super bantamweight WBC title eliminator in Belfast.
The 27-year-old Northern Irishman, ranked number two overall in the weight division, put Mexican Cazares on the canvas with a left hook in the second round at the Odyssey Arena.
Cazares, 36, appeared to mistime the 10-count before getting up and therefore missed out on a title shot against his countryman and incumbent WBC champion Leo Santa Cruz, who is unbeaten in 28 fights.
