Don't think that it'll headline a regular showtime card...but I do think it could land on either the Canelo undercard (if it even happens) or the Mayweather undercard.

Why are you so sure? Santa Cruz has been calling out Frampton specifically and Carl doesn't even have a world title. He's barely ever mentioned Quigg or Martinez who have belts. I've never heard a champion call out a potential mandatory so much. He must know the following Frampton has and the potential to make some money by coming to Belast.
