It's like saying, Floyd didn't agree to Manny's cut-off dates so that means that Floyd didn't want the fight. Now you got it?

If Floyd didn't accuse Manny, that fight would have happened. You should understand that being a Floyd fan. Floyd gets all touchy and sensitive to the point that fighting an opponent that is under Arum makes him say "Can't do business with Arum". Why it took so long for Floyd to say that can be only be summarized by this: Roadblock #12!!!
Manny ddid NOT agree to testing. He did not agree to the no cut off days or the 14 days cut off. Spin it however you like, the fact still stands your god did not agree and ran from the fight because of testing.

You know who DID agree? Floyd did, to all of Juicemans demands even cut off days just to have PACroid tuck tail and run. Hehehe

      Talk about spin:
Floyd agreed to Floyd's request? You are funny.

      then

Manny agreed to Manny's request! 24 days cut-off. Floyd didn't agree so no fight.

Why are you trying to spin this in failure? Team Pacquaio rejected the 14-day window offered by Team Mayweather. And you know what? That is partially understandable because it was a really new thing that many didn't quite understand at that time.

You can blame Floyd for NO fight after that negotiation failed though.

Those who throw shiat usually are the one's doing it. How else would they know what's going on if they weren't doing it in the first place? Proof in the pudding, Mayweather promotions' fighters are getting caught left and right. Even Floyd failed 3 tests.

Bey and Love got caught through NSAC's regular testing program. Floyd never failed NSAC's regular testing program, nor USADA's random testing program. At least several of his test results have been reported publicly on USADA's website. Whereas, with every other fighter, you can't even see detailed test results (how many times they each tested, specific dates, substances tested for, etc).

So you'll have to wait til USADA or NSAC catches Floyd dirty. But then again, you guys will just say that he cycles off the PEDs before training camp where he gets tested. And that's why he hasn't been caught.

You ever believed Floyd's mantra for a level playing field with all that shiat coming out of his gym?

Didn't Memo say he had drugs for sale at lower costs. And that he had superdrugs at a higher price but undetectable by any testing currently in place?

Mayweathers surely know a lot about roiding to be able to talk about it that much. What's TRT?

Memo said that for clients who didn't have much money, he offered them street drugs. But for clients with nice money, he would make them a customized designer drug. At that time, he said they were undetectable. But since then he said the testing has gotten alot more advanced, so it's much harder to cheat.

Floyd didn't even know who Lara was until recently, so yeah, what's TRT?
