The only difference is that at 140/147, Manny didn't have to lose weight prior to a fight so what you saw is what you got. In the lower weights, Manny had to dehydrate himself. So that may be the difference that you can't understand.

What you never admit to is that Manny was agreeing to extra testing from the beginning. They just couldn't agree on the cut-off dates. If Floyd's team would not have constantly accusing Manny of being on PEDs, I'm sure that that fight would have been made with a cut-off date of something like 14-17 days. Instead, Manny sued Floyd and GB. They then apologized because, as the rest of the world already knew, Floyd was all smoke and mirrors. Floyd was NOT asking Manny to do some sort of gold standard process. They were negotiating. Not hard to understand but I can explain if you don't! They were off by about 10 days on the cut-off. That didn't mean that Manny wasn't willing to take the test more than the standard commission rules state. Right? It's like saying, Floyd didn't agree to Manny's cut-off dates so that means that Floyd didn't want the fight. Now you got it?
