All those years ago, in the wake of his Prizefighter run of absolute destruction, I had such high hopes for Mike Perez. Aside from the Magomed win, the aftermath of which seems to have undeniably affected him, he hasn't done anything note worthy since.

Jennings is good and if he can keep Perez at the end of his enormous reach has a very good chance to beat him on points. Considering Perez's chin but also slight lack of pop I can't see a stoppage win for either man though.

Good fight, the winner would be a seriously big Dawg in the heavyweight division.

As much as I want Mike Perez to win, he's going to lose to Jennings. I have Jennings by UD.

In theory, Perez should be too skilled for Jennings. Cuban school versus a late convert to the sport. I don't know though, he didn't look good in his last fight.

Mike was lucky to get the draw in his last outing. If his performance was a sign of things to come, his career won't go much farther. Really too bad; Perez is an exciting fighter and a decent man.

Yea the performance against Takam was very concerning. Maybe he's still recovering mentally from the Mago situation. Some fighters handle tragedies differently. Kovalev seems to be unfazed. But others like Ray Mancini never recovered. Perez seems to be in the latter.

I hope I'm wrong and I hope he wins, but his last performance was very poor.

I would pick big Mike by U.D & whilst Jennings is nothing like Takam I didn't like what I seen from Mike that night.

I have no idea if he left it in the gym or what but I know he is better than he showed that night.

Close decision either way, I am not sure where Mike or his head is at.

I voted Jennings because if the same Perez that showed up last does again he has no chance.

I'm glad it's finally official . Difficult for me to predict after Perez's last performance . Jennings boxes well . I think it's a good fight . I just hopes Mikes head is right going in .
