Wach is very slow and ponderous compared to Fury. He is also predictable, something you could never accuse Tyson Fury of being!Watch Wlad vs Wach. In that fight Wlad showed good boxing ability and surprisingly decent head movement against a significantly taller and heavier opponent. There is more to him than just jab-jab-clinch, even if he rarely does anything else.
That said... f you Wlad, why did you choose Leapai over Pulev???
I know there is a lot more to Wlad than jab and clinch. His footwork and timing are immaculate and he hits hard enough with his right hand to take Fury out if he caught him clean.
So I'm not saying that Fury WOULD beat Wlad, just that he would have a great chance of pulling it off, imo.
And at this stage of his career, pushing 40 and with the opportunity, at last, to unify the titles and retire as undisputed champ, I don't think Wlad is going to risk his legacy against a guy like Fury.Comment

Absolutely I am being serious. I rate Fury highly. So does the guy who compiles the rankings for this site, who has him as the number 3 heavyweight contender, behind Pulev and Povetkin.
Maybe you think that's a joke too?
Remember, they already did the April fools thing yesterday.Comment

I cannot speak for the man but I seriously doubt that Wlad believes Fury to be much of a risk. And if Fury was only half as good as he believes he is he would be awesome.Wach is very slow and ponderous compared to Fury. He is also predictable, something you could never accuse Tyson Fury of being!

I don't think Wlad will ever fight Fury. I think he will focus on becoming undisputed champ vs the winner of Stiverne/Arreola - both made for him - and retire before facing Fury, who would be a nightmare opponent for Wlad.
With his monster reach and fast hands Fury would be able to find Wlad's chin from long range, which is bad news for Wlad.
And Wlad's tactic of draping himself over opponents and clinching to nullify inside fighting would not work against a guy 3 inches taller and just as strong as he is. Fury loves to wrestle and rough opponents up on the inside. Again that's bad news for Wlad.
I have a lot of respect and admiration for Wladimir, but styles make fights and Fury's style - or sometimes LACK of style - would give him fits.
This whole post is outrageously laughable.Wlad doesn't fit against anyone ! Fury on the other hand looks visibly shook ever time he is tagged ! Is that not the very definition of fitting in the boxing lexicon ? You're whole post stinks of hypocrisy.
If Fury wins a final eliminator to face Wlad we will see the fight, the question you ought to be really asking yourself is will Fury go through with a final eliminator having already withdrawn from WBC and IBF ordered box offs twice already.
You go on about Fury's monster reach that wouldn't struggle touching Wlad's chin.Fury couldn't put Cunningham away without cheating for seven rounds, and more recently Joey Abell tagged him at will.Wladimir is much more accurate and carries the most power in the division,do you genuinely believe Fury will still be around once Wlad has landed on him after the first right hand that connects,I mean lets be honest here,Wlad carries more power in his jab than what Fury retains in his right hand.
I was trying to keep this post serious but it appears you're trying to humour the post right ?Absolutely I am being serious. I rate Fury highly. So does the guy who compiles the rankings for this site, who has him as the number 3 heavyweight contender, behind Pulev and Povetkin.

I really don't care who rates who where, the facts of the matter clearly place Pulev right behind Wlad, along with Stiverne and Arreola, these guys have proved themselves against similar opposition by participating in the fights they have been ordered too, unafraid in their own abilities to win the fights they're ordered to participate in.the other guys who refuse or duck ordered box offs clearly haven't the same belief in themselves as the likes of Pulev,Stiverne and Arreola.Comment
