rios. he sounds punch drunk already. looked very poor vs pacquaio but i believe pacquaio was all wrong for him and he had an off night. he can beat ruslan, and others though i think. i mean, its possible. you cant say its not possible. so for that reason, you should still keep your eye on rios.

Rios is kinda of a name,he's a likable guy..He's fun,but he is a sub-par fighter,will never get the top tier guy..

I will also be watching but I'm not sure that being able to hang In there qualifies Rios as an elite top tier fighter. For the most part Arturo Gatti was able to absorb an Inhumane amount of punishment but was still a B level fighter IMO. I also agree with Rios being an exciting fighter yet when he fought an elite fighter In Manny Pacquiao he wasn't so exciting.
