Very limited, predictable fighter. Good to watch, but really he's nothing more than a walking punchbag.

He's a title contender at 140. At 147, I don't know. He'd be a journeyman at welterweight. Notch below PPV fighters. He can beat some welterweights but only against other brawlers or guys who can't take a hard punch.

People were calling him Bum Bum Rios three or four years ago already. Then Pacquiao fights him and we are all supposed to pretend he is great all of a sudden. Like others have said, he is a very limited, slow punching bag.

Rios is nowhere near elite. At 135, he's a decent fighter who already sounds punch drunk. Above 135 I don't rate him.

I doubt it. He'd lose to every one of them, that's for sure.
