I can't see how Keith Thurman would beat Floyd.

There's a reason Maidana ducked him.
Maidana didn't take the fight because he was new to the division and just got his ass kicked by Alexander.

There is nothing Thurman has done to suggest he can beat Maidana. Karass consistently hurt and landed on him early on.

Your calling me ridiculous but you have put THurman on some pedestal before he has proven anything. Maidana has been proven or years.

        lol...

He ducked the fight mate, whatever the reason, he turned it down.

Thurman got caught with a big shot against Karass and took an awkward step forward because he was off balance, he wasn't hurt, otherwise he wouldn't have put his hands down and invited more pressure. That's the only good shot Karass landed the whole fight.

Thurman would every round and beat him far more impressively than Maidana did.

And what exactly has Maidana proven? He's struggled/lost against every boxer/move he's fought. The guy is very limited, he can only fight one way.

At 147, I think only Pac and Floyd stand a chance against him.

At 154, some of the boxers could give him problems (Lara, Andrade, the Charlos) but I'm not sure if they'd beat him.

An emerging fighter with C-class competition can't beat the sport's #1 fighter?

                Thank you captain obvious.

                Thurman is overrated

I tend to agree,, Thurman is very fun to watch and is improving with each fight, but he isn't ready for Floyd at the moment,, maybe a year down the road when Floyd is 38 and Thurman has a few more fights and is really peaking.. If this fight happened now, I think Thurman would look like ghost, and canelo in there with Floyd.

Keith thurman will never beat floyd , im sick of people saying he is the best option for floyd or floys ducking him , thurman hasnt been tested , he hasnt proven anything . Right now the best option @ 147 is maidana so thats who gets the fight, and when floyd beats him thurman should fight maidana after julio diaz.
