It's really disappointing to NOT see Andre Ward shout for a match against Kovalev. It's the biggest fight out there for him, that HBO could offer. Ward is looking real suspect right now.

Exactly...and I'd argue that the only reason that Stevenson sees this sidestep as good idea is because Ward never pressed hard enough to make the fight with Hopkins when he could. At any weight. He let Hopkins placate him.

Seriously..Ward should be the one carrying what Bhop has. Instead, fighters and a lot of the public still see the old man as one of, if not the, top guy at this weight.
