It's looking like Cotto's plan is to pressure a lot. Martinez withstood the pressure of Chavez and Pavlik. The pressure of the much smaller and weaker Cotto shouldn't be an issue.

He has to put pressure on him--behind the jab though. He can't let Martinez get comfortable.

King Cotto will come out with the switch on kill! Martinez has not faced anyone like King Cotto.

La Bailarina Martinez is going to want to dance and Miguel will just gorilla **** him! Come Jun 7 the New MW CHAMPION will be Miguel Angel Cotto!!!!!

I wouldn't say Martinez has never faced anybody like Cotto. I'm sure Martinez fought an opponent as weak and undersized as Cotto at some point in the past. It's absurd to suggest that Cotto, undersized at 154, will be better at 160 than the long reigning middleweight champion.

Cotto is a warrior but he will wind up as a casualty of war in the Martinez fight.

Damn, this fight is going to be really entertaining. Just thinking about how this one could play out. Real nice style clash, and it will be with 2 greats and a roaring crowd at the garden.

War implies the fight will be competitive. Most likely, this will be a beatdown. Cotto will pressure, like he did against Trout. He'll get countered, also like he was against Trout. Difference is, instead of the soft punches of a light hitting 154 lber, he'll be getting hit with bombs from one of the hardest punchers at 160.
