Why would Ruslan want to fight Rios??? He's as hot as he's ever been and rios is not. Lost 2 in a row and Ruslan just destroyed one of the guys that beat Rios. He also just won that title so I'm sure he wants to defend it. He would have moved up for a big fight with JMM I'm sure if he had to. That's a huge fight. I think so, they (TR) want to get Rios back to winning ways and build this fight for the future, which makes a lot of sense or use Rios for Marquez in the future unless Alvarado beats him, then we'll have Rios v Alvarado 3.
